Mr. Chi-Chuan Huang takes over chairman of MIRDC

MIRDC held a board meeting at Taipei on September 1, 2008 and passed a resolution to elect Mr. Chi-Chuan Huang, former speaker of Kahsiung City Council, as new chairman of the board. In the meantime, handing-over ceremony was also held in the board meeting. From Mr. Ming-Ji Wu, Deputy Director General of Department of Industrial Technology, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Mr. Chi-Chuang Huang accepted the official seal and indicated to promote MIRDC to play the role of assisting the industry to break through bottleneck.
