Technology highlight： Development of Corrosion Resistant Regulator
Abstract：Due to the requirements in the manufacturing procedure for opto-electronics and semiconductor products, the pressure regulator is thus developed. The main function of pressure regulator is to facilitate working air in the pipeline under precise control. Pressure regulators have been developed by many international enterprises, but not for Taiwan. MIRDC is currently engaged in the development of a regulator with pressure more than 500 psi. Additionally we build up the inspection facility and operation ability for valve. It will be helpful to our valve industry in exploring the domestic and international markets. Pressure regular not only decreases the maintenance cost of opto-electronics or semiconductor facilities, but also promotes our development capability in the field of ultra clean industry.
