MIRDC develops the mass production equipment of micro-encapsulation and will transfer the technology to the domestic manufacturers in the near future. There are two important features in the project: 1. High efficiency nozzle powered by high frequency vibration module improves the throughput of microcapsules dramatically. 2. Capsule size monitoring system assists the real time measurement, adjusts the size of produced microcapsules and facilitates the flexible production. After the development is completed, the project will enhance the localization of micro-encapsulation equipments which are widely used in pharmaceutical, food, agriculture, cosmetics, chemistry industries and so on
