The friends from industry in Kaohsiung intend to further their studies on science and technology management can materialize their dreams just in Kaohsiung. MRDC and National University of Tainan will jointly set up the only credit program of science and technology management for master degree in Kaohsiung to benefit the local friends from industry.

Science and technology management demonstrates its importance when Taiwan industry is dedicated to developing high science and technology. Though some local universities established the graduate school of science and technology management to cultivate the management professionals both in the fields of newly-emerging science & technology and organizational management, yet these graduate schools are mainly located in northern part of Taiwan and graduate schools in southern part of Taiwan are focused on business management or operational management.

Since there is no graduate school of science and technology management in Kaohsiung area, National University of Tainan decides to jointly set up credit program for master degree with its strategic partner MIRDC in providing a convenient location for the friends from industry in Kaohsiung intend to further their studies on science and technology management. Science & technology policy and strategic management, entrepreneurial management and knowledge management are three courses in the preliminary stage. In the meantime, MIRDC emphasizes the practical teaching to invite the instructors with abundant knowledge and experience to impart their experiences pinpointing on the same course. Additionally MIRDC intends to prolong the time for each class to shorten the studying time in facilitating the rapid acquirement of credits and fulfilling the studying dream at earlier date.
