“Smart Compensation Forming System” introduced the concept of simulation prediction and process parameter control into the development of the forging process, and used the deformed outline or surface to analyze the rebound geometry topography, and provided the mold design feedback mechanism after the comparison results, that predict and control the precision of forgings which shorten the development time by more than 30%, as well as increases the production efficiency by 5 times, as the finished product can reach the cutting precision without machining. “Near Net Shape Forging Forming System” is used in the forging process of complex shape products, which can effectively achieve a near net shape forging.
