In October 2015, at the Taipei International Invention Show and Technomart, MIRDC won Silver Medal with its Auto Tube Preparing Machine, the first device of its kind in Taiwan that can accommodate testing tubes of varying sizes and specs. from different vendors. It is further linked with the hospital information system to enable automated preparation, labeling, printing of registration slip and questionnaire, thereby reducing workload of medical testing staff. |
