The 8th Elite Awards ceremony was held on October 24th, 2022, at MIRDC. Seven individuals were awarded prizes, including, Cheng-Cyun Hong from Service Innovation and Development Department for "Deep Diagnosis Guidance to Jointly Building Enterprise Transformation Blueprint" and Shih-Jie Lin from Intelligence and System R&D Service Department for "Water and Electricity, I am Capable, Service Moving Forward," both of whom received the Industry Service Elite Award. Wen-Hsiu Chan from Planning & Promotion Department won the Outstanding Service Elite Award for "Industrial Technology Makeup Artist, Let MIRDC Shining." Bo-Yao Chen from Metal Processing R&D Department and Shuo-Ching Chen from Industrial Upgrading Service Department won the Youth Innovation Hope Award for "Industrial Casting, Count on Me" and "Digital Inspection Detective - No One Can Do It But Me," respectively. Hong-Yuan Sun from Metal Processing R&D Department won the Technical R&D Elite Award for "Digitalization of Alloy Design, Exploring Material DNA." Finally, Pei-Chun Hong from Metal Processing R&D Department received the Technology Women Award for "Melt Toughness, Cast Rigidity; I am Not Gentle, But I Conquer Steel.

Department of Chia-Hung Huang, Yu-Lin Chung, Jun-Cheng Liu, and Chi-Hui Chen won the technical achievement award of "Micro gear by heat treatment technology drives Tesla's developed." The Metal Processing R&D Department of Dian-Yong Lin, Zhi-Kai Wang, Jie Li, and Pei-Jun Tong won the " Welding From Earth to Outer Space: Friction Stir Welding Laboratory" in the Benchmark International Laboratory Award category. The Energy and Agile System Department of Yong-Tai Wu, Lian-Yi Tong, Zhi-Bo Yang, won the "Not Only Delicious but Also Healthy: Tapioca Balls of MIRDC" and the Medical Devices R&D Service Department of Ting-Chun Yang, Shun-Jie Xue, Shu-Chan Lu, and Wen-Ming Cheng won the "MIRDC Anti-Epidemic, Move Forward." in the Industry Poilot Award category. |
