人工牙根設計、加工、表面處理及檢測技術
   金屬中心在人工牙根全製程技術的開發上,主要針對設計、加工、檢測、表面處理四大領域建立技術能量。在植體設計方面,為提高植入後的初期穩定度,除了在植體與海綿骨接觸的部分以粗螺紋設計外,在植體與皮質骨接觸的部分,加入針對改善骨流失的頭頸部細螺紋。植入後在與假牙冠連結的支台體部分,加入抗鬆脫設計。為維持軟硬組織高度以達前牙美觀性,在植體與支台體接合處採用「平台轉移」設計。在加工方面,採用內外螺紋旋風式切削技術,配合線上即時檢測,並輔以磁力研磨,以減少毛邊與增加產能。在表面處理方面,目前已建立噴砂酸蝕(SLA)、噴砂酸蝕氧化(SAO)、生物性電化學、生物活性化鹼蝕熱處理等試量產製程。在檢測方面,已建立TAF認證的人工牙根檢測實驗室,可提供ISO14801人工牙根疲勞測試、尺寸量測、輪廓量測、粗糙度量測等服務。在人工牙根相關技術移轉及廠商服務上,金屬中心醫療器材研發組已具備充足且多元化的產業輔導能量。

  On the subject of full dental implant fabrications, MIRDC has set up four major technique parts: design, manufacture, testing, and surface treatment. In order to enhance the initial stability, macro-thread was applied on the body part of the implant which was contacting to sponge bone, and micro-thread was applied on the crest part of implant which was contacting cortical bone to improve the bone loss. Anti-loosening technology was applied to the abutment which connected with the prosthetic crown. In order to maintain soft and hard tissues for anterior esthetics, “platform switching” was applied to the connecting part between implant and abutment. “Outer and inner thread whirling technology”, “testing on line”, and “Magnetic de-burring and polishing” were applied to manufacture so as to lower burs and accelerate machining. We have built up some pilot manufacturing processes for dental implant surface treatment, including SLA(Sand-blasting, Large-grit, Acid-etching), SAO(Sand-blasting, Acid-etching, Oxidizing), Bio-Electrochemical treatment, and bioactive Alkali-Acid heat treatment. We own a testing laboratory for medical device that has received ISO 17025 certification since 2010 by TAF(Taiwan Accreditation Foundation) , which can offer fatigue test(ISO 14801), size measurement, profile measurement, and roughness measurement for dental implant system. Medical device development division of MIRDC has sufficient and diversified energy to give dental implant industry guidance and assistance.


參加德國科隆國際牙材展 打造台灣牙科醫療器材整體形象

  我們發現在聚落之中產業服務平台扮演重要的角色,包含臨床資訊、技術媒合、產品驗證及產品行銷,各個平台應該扮演不同的角色,讓園區有更高的附加價值。行銷是醫療器材領域中最主要的缺口之一,IDS(The 34th International Dental Show)德國科隆國際牙材展是全球首屈一指的國際牙材展。超過1956家廠商、業者、供應商和技工通路廠商參與此屆展會。全世界參展者在此展覽期間介紹最新的產品以及提供特殊的概念給予買家。

  此次有11家台灣廠商參與盛會,此次金屬中心參與展會是增加台灣牙科醫療器材產業之能見度,並塑造台灣精品的概念,打造台灣集體形象。而產品的國家形象是影響消費者採購決策的重要因素。

  The service system platforms, which contain clinical information, technology matching, product certification, and product marketing, play an important role in the industry. These three platforms have different functions, and together they help to add values to the industry. Marketing for medical devices has always been the gap in the industry, and product marketing platform is aimed to fill the gap.

  IDS, The 34th International Dental Show, is the world’s leading dental trade in the German Cologne. About 1,956 manufacturers, dealers, suppliers and labs participated in this dental show this year. Many exhibitors attended IDS to introduce new product and offer special incentives during the meeting.

  Among the 11 Taiwanese companies that exhibited in IDS, the Metal Industries Research & Development Centre (MIRDC) , participated in the expo, with the purpose to increase the exposure of Taiwan’s innovative product to the global dental industry. MIRDC used the “excellence Taiwan” product image as the exhibit booth theme and hosted 11 product demonstrations to enhance Taiwan brand recognition. The theme had created increasing purchase orders for Taiwan’s good image did influenced consumer purchasing decision.
