| 為邁向超精密沖壓製程備妥--精微沖壓設備研發之現況 |
近年來3C產品發展迅速,朝向輕薄短小發展,相關機械零組件及電子零件也隨之向薄小輕量的微細化發展,微細零件的生產技術漸形重要,由於電腦普及化配合CAD/CAM的應用,產品開發時程縮短,為應付多種少量化及低成本要求,零件朝輕量微型高精度、高強度方向發展將是可預期的,而沖壓生產時光靠提高沖壓模具精度來克服沖床精度之不足,已不能滿足未來發展方向,唯有發展更新的沖壓設備方能達到需求,金屬中心為因應此趨勢發展超精密沖壓設備設計製造技術,從超精密沖床設計(ultra-precision
press design)、加工、電腦輔助分析、裝配及測試等一系列精微沖壓設備技術都有相當的研究,此外為配合此超精密沖床進而研發出超精密送料(feeder)設備使微細零件(micro
parts)達高精度之需求。目前更進一步著重在次世代精微沖壓設備的相關技術研發,以期提升國內精微沖壓之技術與能量。
For the last few years, 3C products experience a rapid development
and develop toward lightweight, thin, short and small features.
The related mechanical components and electronic parts follow
the suit to develop into micromization so that micro parts production
technique gradually becomes important. Due to prevalence of computer
and application of CAD/CAM, the product development schedule has
been tremendously shortened. To cope with the requirements of
large variety, small quantity and low cost, the development of
parts toward lightweight, high precision and high strength can
be expected. However the pressing work relies on precision of
stamping mold to overcome the insufficient precision of press
that cannot satisfy the demand of future development. The development
of the advanced press is the only way to meet the demand. To cope
with this latest trend, MIRDC develops the ultra precision manufacturing
technology and has been dedicated to the researches on a series
of micro pressing technique, including ultra precision press design,
machining, computer aided analysis, assembly and test. To be in
line with ultra precision press, MIRDC further develops high-speed
ultra precision feeder so that the micro parts can meet the requirements
of high precision. At current stage, MIRDC focuses on R&D
of the related technologies for next generation micro press with
hope of upgrading the technology and capabilities of domestic
micro pressing technique.

| 製造業有福,「清洗」不用再沾水-軟板CO2
Snow乾式噴洗設備技術 |
此技術可在常壓下可連續式操作,適合去除平板工件表面微粒。具低污染,省能源、節省用水量,對環境及健康無害的CO2-Snow噴洗模組技術,可提供國內金屬製品、精密機械、電子、光電、半導體等產業之精密洗淨,如晶圓、LCD玻璃片、平板顯示幕等工件之洗淨,並提升國內洗淨設備業者技術能力。以乾式洗淨製程取代傳統的溶劑清洗及水洗製程,解決產業之HCFC清洗溶劑替代品問題,降低廢水、廢溶劑處理問題。乾式洗淨製程減少洗淨處理道次,所需設備佔樓地板面積僅為水洗的30%左右,大量節省無塵室廠房空間及維護成本,並大幅降低或完全不須投資廢水/廢液處理設備,預估減少硬體投資費用50%以上,平均1~2年內可回收。
The technology can be continuously operated under atmospheric
pressure and is suitable to remove the micro particles in the
surface of flat panel. CO2-Snow
spraying module is equipped with pollution free, energy saving,
water consumption saving and environmental friendly features,
can provide a precision cleaning for fabricated metal product,
precision machinery, electronics, optic-electronics and semi-conductor
industries, such as the cleaning of wafer, LCD glasses, flat panel
display, etc. and increase the technology and capabilities of
domestic cleaning equipment manufacturers.
The dry cleaning process replaces the traditional solvent
and water cleaning process to solve the substitute of HCFC cleaning
solvent for industries and settle down the disposal of waste water
and solvent prevalently confronted by industrial zone. Since dry
cleaning process reduces the cleaning steps, the floor area occupied
by required equipment is about 30% of water cleaning equipment
that tremendously cuts down the space and maintenance cost of
clean room and remarkably lowers or completely doesn’t allocate
the budget in the disposal equipment of waste water and solvent.
The hardware investment is estimated to decrease about more than
50%. The operational cost is about 80% of water cleaning or semi-water
cleaning so that the overall operation is able to have cost recovery
in 1 ~ 2 years averagely.
