The Board of directors of MIRDC is comprised of representatives from government, industries, and academia. The Board is responsible for setting organizations, outlining business objectives and determining organizational policies. The President, nominated by the Chairman and concurred by the members of the Board of directors, is responsible for the administration of the entire organization. There are various divisions under the direction of the President.
