ISO17025文件管理系統、通過民航局標準件產品驗證機構資格 |
航太品保檢測實驗室於96年度推動第一期建置,南遷工研院航太品保檢測設備,以整合台灣航太扣件檢測能量,便利中南部廠商就近得到檢測服務,並協助廠商解決於製程、處理所遭遇之問題。本實驗室所進駐之設備有數十項之多,所含檢測能量包括尺寸量測、機械性能檢測、化學材質檢定、非破壞檢測以及金相組織分析等等。
本實驗室於今年將建立ISO17025品質管理文件系統,加強實驗室人員專業,以及在年底前通過民航局標準件產品驗證機構資格,協助扣件廠商研發航太扣件,使其產品通過國內產品驗證。
The Aerospace Quality Assurance & Testing Laboratory was
established in MIRDC, 2007. This project was to move the quality
assurance and testing apparatuses from the Industrial Technology
Research Institute to MIRDC for integrating the aerospace fastener
testing capacity in Taiwan in fall, 2007. The laboratory not only
conveniently provides central and southern manufactories testing
service but assists to solve the manufacture process and treatment
problems. This lab will introduce more than ten apparatuses to
get dimensional measurement, mechanical properties testing, chemical
diagnosis, NDT, microstructure analysis capacities, etc.
The lab will build the Documents Management System of ISO17025,
improve technical knowledge for the staff, and set up the Aerospace
Standard & Product Verification Organization approved by CAA
in this year. It could indeed assist manufactories to develop
aerospace fasteners and pass the domestic verification of products.

掌握節能精悍趨勢--小型精微沖壓設備開發 |
近年來綠色環保越來越受到重視,在機械產業方面除了3C產業相關產品朝輕、薄、短、小發展外,機械設備也朝小型化發展以達到省能及高精度的要求。金屬中心為因應此趨勢,發展超精密沖壓設備設計製造技術,從超精密伺服沖床設計(ultra-precision
servo press design)、加工、電腦輔助分析、裝配及測試等一系列精微(micro)沖壓設備技術(pressing
technique)都有相當的研究,此外為配合此超精密伺服沖床進而研發出沖床伺服控制(servo control)超精密送料設備(ultra-precision
feeder)使微細零件(micro parts)達高精度之需求。
In the past few years, the world gradually concerns about
environmental issues. In the mechanical aspect, the related 3C
products develop toward lightweight, thin, short and small features.
Therefore the mechanical equipments follow the rule of minimization
design in order to meet the requirements of energy saving and
high precision i.e. green environment. To follow this trend, MIRDC
develops the ultra precision manufacturing technology and has
been dedicated to the researches on a series of micro pressing
technique, including ultra precision press design, machining,
computer aided analysis, assembly and test. To be in line with
ultra precision press, MIRDC further develops high speed ultra
precision feeder so that the micro parts can meet the requirements
of high precision.
